Working out and fasting?

I’ve been doing a bit of research about fasting and it’s benefits and decided to start fasting and it’s been going well so far following the 12-8 hour eating window. My question is how long does it take for your body to adjust to this new lifestyle since I’ve been wanting to get back into the gym and went today morning at around 8am however felt dizzy and tired and decided to stop halfway through however I still plan on continuing until my body adapts.

Answer

The first day fasted is usually the toughest so I generally just do cardio and by day 2, I’m more energized and will lift. Electrolytes will help too. Maybe have your feeding window before you workout.
