I go to the gym every day in the morning - I drink pre workout (many of debates if this actually breaks your fast, but it works for me) & tons of water. I don’t eat my first meal which is a protein shake until 2pm. Trainers would say this is completely unhealthy but I am full of energy every workout and don’t find myself hungry until 2pm now anyways! 😊
Black coffee before a morning run works alright, but if it’s late in the fast it’s a bit more uncomfortable. Working out fasted is supposed to be great for ketosis and autophagy, but sometimes I prefer to workout after breaking my fast.
