Working out while doing 20:4 M-F

I’ve only been fasting about a week or two and I fast from 8pm -> 4pm, and I work from 7am -> 3:30pm, and it’s moderately active. I palletize and sort boxes that weigh from 10-40lbs each and move pallets across the warehouse which are full of them also a decent amount of walking at a fast pace back and forth. I’m at 0 calories obviously the whole time, do I go into negative calories? If not would it be worth it to get home, eat and then workout to burn calories?

Answer

You’re already doing excellent if you’re doing 20hr fasts. Give yourself more time for your body to start burning up those stored calories during the long work day. The elevated heart rate of your job will do good job of kicking off your journey.

Yes to your answer. Eat when you get home. Give yourself 30-45 minutes then do your lifting or body weight workout.
