Hello all, new to IF. I have recently started IF and looking to restart working out. For those that work out as well, have you noticed better and quicker results when you work out during the fast period? Thanks!
I basically walk a 5k daily while fasted. I have 3 different distances I walk & vary the distance each day. Performance wise - I’ve set personal best in each distances & individual mile time.
I only workout in a fasted state - so benefits are hard to judge vs non. My body has changed 100% & I did accomplish 1000 miles in a year.
