Can some of you guys tell me what your workout routine is currently I go run for about 1 hour 30 minutes is that gods or what else should I do

Answer

I do CrossFit 5 days a week along with 3-5 mile walks/runs a few evenings a week at the park whilst my son is at soccer practice. Anything that you enjoy and gets you moving is good. This will be something different for all of us.
