In my limited experience with fasting, I’ve found that it really affects my sleep (or so I think). Any thoughts? If this is a problem, any workarounds? TIA!
I have this problem too! As someone who falls asleep quickly and has never had trouble with sleep, I always have insomnia when I fast for 24h+. The worst night’s sleep. I’m wondering if it’s something that can be changed?
I have to always be active and then i fall asleep at night really well. Nothing too crazy just sorta cleaning around the house, running errands or going for a walk. If im just a couch potato all day then I dont sleep well at night.
