I’m trying to get my electrolytes in during my 120 hour fast, but, the prepackaged electrolytes I bought have 1g of carbs and 5 calories per packet. I’ve had 3 today.
Technically speaking, yes, but I’d say it doesn’t matter. It won’t set you back basically anything at all. Should not inhibit weight loss much at all. Will not inhibit autophagy much at all. Contextual benefit outweighs the negative. Don’t let purity ruin your efforts, it’s still pretty much there. Still fasting in my eyes.
However, if you’re aiming for gut rest it’s a bit problematic.
