Well, the idea of giving your body a break from insulin only to flood it with insulin when you break your fast is the same as what OMAD people do however the sugars in a meal of meat and potatoes are not the same as the refined, high fructose sugars in a candy bar.
So it’d be a larger response with not much nutritional value to back it up. I did this one day with some pistachio gelato, which is pretty high in milk fats as well, and still gave myself sugar headaches and found myself feeling kind of stoned feeling for several hours.
