If I was to do rolling 72 fasts, would I be able to lift and do cardio without risk of damaging my body? Pic related is me and I want to be somewhat lean by august/September hence why I’m looking into the snake diet. Would it be better to just eat at a deficit considering my goal?

Any lifting is better than none, just take it easy. Don’t over-exert yourself, and listen to your body. If you don’t feel like anything, don’t. Just go for an easy walk.
Just being alive burns the most calories, adding light cardio (walking) only adds to it. Going balls to the wall during a fast isn’t a good idea, IMO.
Don’t overcomplicate it. Just fast and live your life.
