Yes, not much point to OMAD imo unless if you do it dry. In part because going dry accelerates ketosis a lot better, and I think you’re at the edge of decent benefits after almost a day. Granted it’s probably better to eat more [all day] and feel satisfied during the week, then go full 2 days mostly dry, than it is to feel mildly discontent doing OMAD every day in my opinion – might depend on you and what you eat, but yea
