Answer

Well the vitamin supplements will definitely help your health and immunity system. However I would recommend that you also eat protein in your diet, flour-based foods are full of carbs, it all depends what your general goal is with your diet. If you want to maintain your weight you can have a high carb diet if you are eating the right amount of calories. If you want to lose weight and by that I mean lose fat, then a high protein diet would be better in my opinion.

Answer

Theoretically I think you could on paper. But as more research is done, we understand that there are a variety of components in food and they all work together in endless combinations to give your system many subtle ingredients, & we don’t know the details of all that. Monks in middle england had a food allowance with 2.5 lbs of bread A DAY. Life expectancy was low. Historically ppl w any choice in the matter didn’t eat that big a proportion of bread.
