Answer

I wouldn’t stack these personally. Not sure how effective or safe the peptide is but dryfasting is plenty fast enough. I imagine that the injection is unlikely to have been tested on a dehydrated sample, so be please be careful.

I lost 8lbs from 3 day dry fast (16lbs before refeed). You will get there, I would embrace the process, accept and love yourself, and keep taking steps day by day to get to where you want to go.

This is an incredibly rewarding experience in and of itself. I would recommend taking the opportunities presented to you in a dry fast to assess your life, give gratitude, accept that hunger, thirst and other desires are part of being human, be grateful that you are doing this out of choice and not poverty, and recognise how incredible it is that you chose this for yourself to be healthier.

Not telling you what to do, just my 2 cents.

Answer

Why? Dry fasting gonna melt you body fat plenty fast.

Introducing a peptide is not really gonna make it go that much faster. Also, if this peptide is injected subcutaneously, it might not work as intend at all. Things are happening in your body while dry fasting, which arent when you are eating normally. This can lead to any number of complications.

Avoid it, atleast during your dry fast
