Would OMAD work for me?

I’m a 5’5’’, 34F. I’ve been doing 16:8 for about 3 months, with a 24 hour Fast thrown in every two weeks, and I’ve lost a couple pounds but nothing major. My weight has been hanging steadily between 130-140 for about 6 years. I’m trying to reach my goal weight of 115lbs. I’m fairly active, usually I can log over 10,000 steps a day, in addition to at least a 30 min. workout 5 days a week. I want to try OMAD for a couple of weeks to see if I can break this plateau. Do you think it could work? How much could I lose in two weeks if my OMAD is about 1,000 cals?

In my opinion, it takes longer than 2 weeks to evaluate whether or not OMAD is right for you. (Though I don’t think you need to be on OMAD continuously without any breaks the entire time during your evaluation period.)
