They are pretty similar so I’d doubt it would make much of a difference. Banana has about a gram more protein while an apple has about a gram more fiber. The carb difference is only a gram or 2. This is all depending on the size of the fruit as well. I’d say it’s kind of a wash. If your looking for something to give you more energy maybe try switching to high protein and high fat with lower carb for breakfast? It’s really about playing around and seeing what makes you feel your best though.
