Answer

Drinking caffeine in high doses before dry fasting has only resulted in one thing - the most painful headaches I have ever experienced. And I’m someone who really doesn’t ever get them, I’ve broken a fast for very few non medical reasons and these headaches are the main cause, I can’t handle the amount of head pain that it basically renders my movement.

Not all will experience, everyone is obviously different. Also not 100% sure that caffeine is the cause just the only conclusion I’ve drawn. Havent felt like testing it 😂

Answer

Nah

You will be too alert

Too dehydrated

Too anxious

Your cortisol levels will peak

Especially when it’s dry

Totally not recommend

If you insist

Go try one day and see how it works for you

Good luck Bro 😇♥️

Answer

I don’t recommend it as you’ll probably be extremely dehydrated.

Dr. Filonov’s advice on what to eat before a fast: no sugar and no meat (fish is okay occasionally, but he prefers vegetarian before a long fast).

A week before a 9-day long dry fast he recommended me to take a teaspoon of baking soda in warm water each morning to prepare. It helps thin out the blood, and your blood really gets thick during a dry fast.
