No cutting corners. No “a little won’t hurt” out of my window of eating. I can’t expect results when i cheat myself. NO MORE. I GOT THIS!!!!
I would say make sure you clean fast so that you are get less hungry. As soon as you give your body a little something (food or drink) that spikes insulin your body thinks it’s going to get a full meal so starts wanting more
There are different degrees of “cheating”. Having a sandwich at midnight because you’re hungry isn’t good. But it’s OK to color a little outside the lines. Life doesn’t always mesh with when your eating window falls. If your eating window ends at 7:00 pm and you get home at 7:10 pm and you’ve only consumed 900 calories for the day, eat something.
Good for you. You are right. You have to be disciplined to not eat during the fasting window. Just know that it will get easier over time as your hunger hormones adjust, and from there Intermittent Fasting will become second nature.
