⌛️ Friday 5:30 pm/Sunday 5:30 pm❓ me: keto/weight loss spouse: testosterone boost
I was going to do a 20 hour fast Friday into Saturday, but my husband saw something on boosting testosterone for hypertrophy. He said he was doing a 48 hour fast. I figured it wouldn’t hurt. He is the reason I don’t do longer ones. It’s kinda hard to stay on plan when he’s snacking.
We tested our glucose and ketones this morning and I have a bit of a headache. He’s been drinking diet pop, and I am sticking with plain tea and coffee. We planned dinner already and I’m gonna have a protein shake to break my fast. We have two teens 16&15 yo. And they have been taking care of their own meals. Tonight I will make the 15 yo cupcakes for his birthday tomorrow. I am a bit worried about that. I usually give in and eat some. I don’t want to absorb a bunch of water and carbs right away.
