Answer

Craving (hunger-satiety) is complex. Volume and calories are just two of many factors that influence eating.

Rumbling stomach is when your stomach muscles are moving. It’s your body preparing to eat. Craving is an emotional response to hunger and to what you imagine eating.

The makers of ultra-refined food products know exactly what people crave: soft, easy to swallow products with lot’s of fat, sugar, and salt.

Answer

To actually give an answer…. sort of. I’m a big fan of one meal diets with small snacks when needed. I do occasionally slip up though and need to train myself to get back to normal. But once you control your intake at a reasonable amount of food. My stomach very rarely rumbles.

I don’t count calories but I try to ensure I’m eating a variety of veg, fruit, nuts and meats. My main meals tend to be a single sandwich or tortilla wrap with mixed meats and salad. That can get me through a majority of the day.
