Zevia Energy + IF?

If you’re reading this now, good morning. If you’re reading later, it’s currently 7:48am on a Sunday and I haven’t had a wink of sleep. My cousin attended a wedding and asked if I could watch her kids, which turned into spending the night with her kids. Answer

After a night like that, I don’t think I’d care if it broke a fast or not. It technically does break the fast because it isn’t, water, black coffee or tea, but in the grand scheme of the cosmos, it’s not going to make a difference. Enjoy your drink and carry on.

Answer

Take advantage of the intermittent part of that name and take care of yourself. Sometimes my window is longer (I’m somewhere I can’t eat for the first few hours of my eating window or I’m just not hungry) and sometimes I cut it short because life happens (this most often happens after a bad night to me too). The occasional day with a shorter fast does not have to derail you.
