I usually break my fast with a veggie/fruit smoothie but I heard its not the best thing to do. I was wondering if I could break my fast with a few slices of ham? I would do this 15 mins before drinking my smoothie.
I like to break my fast with an acacodo about 30-45 minutes before me real meal. Jumping straight into a meal after a fast leaves me with a upset stomach. The acacodo is like a pre game for my digestive system. I like to add a little salt as well.
