hi guys I was just wonder if you cry during fasting do you have to drink something to replace all those lost electrolytes?
When I feel like I’m coming to the end of my limit in terms of my fasting I personally get this increasing feeling of melancholy and sadness. I often stop just to get rid of these feelings. I didn’t think it had to do with electrolytes but with the sheer joyless boredom of fasting. I know lots of people end up feeling a sense of euphoria, but Im still very new to this. My bet is that with more experience and extended fasts under my belt these feelings will lessen. Its super interesting though to reflect on what fasting does to your inner emotions!
