Was just thinking today if vape juice has calories. Does it spike insulin levels? Please don’t comment if you’re just going to tell me the dangers of vaping though.
I was worried about the same thing and tbh the breeze pro sweet flavors seemed to make my progress slow I’m thinking from the insulin spike of sweetness in your mouth everytime. It didn’t halt IF but it seemed to mess with its effectiveness.
I switched to the mint ones and it seems to have helped tremendously with the weight loss. I don’t think that flavor will impact it like the other ones do.
Take it with a grain of salt tho I figure it works either way.
