So, I’ve heard women tend to hold on to more water around their period. Do you notice that when fasting?
I’ve been doing IF with some 40h+ plus fasts thrown in when I feel like progress is stalling… though I think I’m ‘stalling’ pretty much monthly :”)
At the moment I really wish from the bottom of my heart that the 2kg I’ve gained since my last fast are not from the chocolate and cheese I’ve eaten, but from waterweight and my period being due….
I’m just wondering if you have experience with this too?
I usually “gain” 3 lbs during my time of the month! Wait out the bloating and do your best to stick to it, I always see the initial bloating weight go away after I’m off of my period AND some extra weight that dropped off because of fasting. It’s discouraging to see what seems like stalling during that time but important to remember that if you stick to the process and wait out that time of the month you should continue to see results!
