Like the title says, it’s fine to have flavoured water (with no add sugar I think??) during fasting if not, fuck I failed another fast again :(

Artificial sweeteners? Fuck no. The body reacts as if it just had sugar, triggering an insulin response.

You can drink if you prepare it yourself. Cucumber slices or lemon/lime or orang or imbir with water (and ice). You don’t squeeze or eat fruits, only drink this beverage. You can reuse fruits a few times (add new water). Keep in the fridge.
