Hi I’m F23 I’m currently weighing 96,8 kg my start weight was 100,4 kg So I lost the weight in the last 5 weeks and now I’m stuck in the weight since 4 days or something I’m tracking my calories they are always around 1450 ( +-50) and always hit the 10k steps a day and I’m doing IF 18:6 sometime 16:8 I’m getting my period in 5 days could that be the reason why I’m “stuck” with my weightloss?
Hi! I have been tracking my weight alongside my menstrual cycle and realised that during ovulation and before my period, my weight stagnates for about a week, then it will drop once I’m through the ovulation or when I’m midway through my period. I also noticed my measurements go up a little and overall I look more chubby. So I’ve come to the conclusion that during these two periods, I end up much more bloated, more constipated and as a result the weight doesn’t drop.
