I feel like it defeats the purpose but I can’t seem to get enough calories down in the normal amount of time, so can I say eat breakfast, then fast for 9 hours then eat enough calories then fast before bed for like 6 hours?
Fasting between meals is a great thing in itself, and the basis of IF. It is also a good way to improve your ability to fast, so that you can do more extended fasting in the future. (‘Eating window’ is a rather bad term, that causes misunderstanding.)
