I broke a 14 day water fast recently, and was recommended just like fruits like watermelon etc… and I did that, but also still on day 1 I’ve been eating some raw crackers I made, cashews, avocado, and I feel fine.

It is better slow and steady I mean you took the effort of fasting for that long so you want your body to function to its best
