A little mental tip for fasting

So I had to read a book by Viktor Frankl “Man search for meaning” for my psychology class and one of the main points that Viktor says is “ Suffering ceases to be suffering at the moment it finds meaning”

I myself have learned this before fasting But I apply it subconsciously and it helps to ignore hunger pains day 4-6 ( those sucky days amirite)

Hey, this was tge exact post i needed right now. I have done several week long fast before. I am only 17h in this fast but for some reason this has been the hardest moment in any fast. I took a screenshot of your post and will look at it when i need that motivation and determination to keep going
