why would you buy stevia that isnt just pure stevia, its very easy to find at least in the US online
edit: ive never had an issue with stevia dissolving in water, i dont use the kind with erythritol in it
also, a lot of fruit also has negligable amounts of alcohol in it, and even some gut bacterias produce it, i really wouldnt worry about it, especially since ive seen interesting literature about micro amounts of alcohol having benefits, and im not taking about a glass of beer worth, im talking about the microscopic amount youd be ingesting like if you were taking an herbal tincture, or, stevia in alcohol liquid from a dropper for example
Alcohol can increase bad bacteria that support liver disease/inflammation and decrease the good gut bacteria that provide nutrients to your body. But this is mostly adjusted by how much you intake.
I’d like to believe it is negligible as the liver breaks down the majority of the alcohol you drink.
