Any smaller/leaner women who have dry fasted?

Scrolling through this subreddit and reading about everybody’s amazing results (weight loss and healing related) has left me in awe of how quickly dry fasting really works. Are there any women here who are on the shorter or even leaner side who have dry fasted? If so, how many days were you able to fast? How much weight/fat did you lose? I’d love to read about your experiences!

I’m dry fasting today 42 hours in, day 2. experiencing some headaches and lymph drainage. feeling slight hunger once in awhile and just now but not too bad..bc of the glycogen depletion. I’ve fasted before and did 14 Water fast last year and two weeks ago I did a 72 hour Dry fast followed by a 2 days of refeed on broth and water, I lost 9 lbs in total, followed a low glycemic food diet of easy digesting fats 🥑 and proteins salmon 🍣 and eggs 🍳, if you keep your calories in check and eat moderately with nutrient satiating foods you will be fine and keep the weight off. If you need to just maintain weight, eat at maintenance and just workout/exercise/moderately. If you need to keep losing weight just refeed for 2 days and then jump back on the dry fasting. I’m 5’3. 114 lbs

My ex girlfriend tried dry fasting with me, headache hit her so hard after 1st day that she quitted, go as long as you feel you can go, if you don’t feel good just stop and try again next time. She was skinny/trained with extremely low body fat
