Looking for ideas. I already stop any caffeine by noon and work out in the mornings. I’ve tried drinking chamomile tea which relaxes me, but doesn’t really help with sleep. Any tips would be appreciated.
Yes. I take a Melatonin before bed to help me sleep. I’ve noticed during fasting I need a heating pad (I’m very cold during fasting) while I sleep and I only need about 6hrs of sleep. I tend to stay awake later during fasting so I can wake up at a good time
