Anyone with inflammatory issues or eczema see improvement with fasting?

On another 48 hr fast. My husband is also fasting for the first time… and I want to offer him some motivation. I have really had some positive benefits of fasting every couple weeks for 48 hrs. I have lost my sugar habit altogether which is miraculous in my opinion, my energy is better, my mental health is better, and I feel less achy. He has eczema and recently started to experience some random foot pain that comes and goes- may be neuropathy or some other inflammatory issue as he can recall no injury- so we are hopeful this might help relieve that. Anyone have experience with inflammatory issues improving with fasting?

Dr Pradip claims that fasting is the single most powerful anti-inflammatory. If you YouTube Dr Pradip and watch his videos you may find the exact quote. I wish I remembered which one exactly… it might have been the “Fasting for survival” video.

For me, my constant back pain goes away and I feel way more limber fasting.

Yes, I have been OMAD for an uncutable auto immune disease. It’s directly related to skin and inflamation. Lost well past 100 lbs in over 6 months. Skin is not cured but drastically better. Now, I have changed my diet also, in an insane way because it’s related to my disease. However, at minimum have him cut sugar, it’s a poison for everyone with skin issues. FORGOT TO ADD careful with foot pain I had gout previously to starting fasting. My gout was triggered hard in the early stages of my fasting. Weeks with insane foot pain.
