I am currentlty fasting 72h for autophagy. I am unsure about which of the following will break the autophagy and which are allowed:
Black Coffee
Tea
Zero Sugar Sodas
Creatine (pure creatine monohydrate, nothing else on the label)
Supplement pills (What ingredients are taboo?)
Electrolyte pills (mine say they contain: magnesium, calcium, potassium, vitamin D and vitamin B6, does that work?)

Have at it, but just be aware that studies relating to this are on animals, and as such, the human benefits are only theoretical at this point as far as I am aware. If you have newer research I’d be interested in a link to it though.
I’m not saying don’t do it. I’m just suggesting not over-expecting any potential benefits of this.
