Helpful apps?

I wanna do some intermittent fasting. You know, new year new me. Lol. But I have a hard time keeping track of when I can and can’t eat due to being an idiot and also nocturnal. Are there any good apps that help and are any of them good and free?

Fasting tracker! It has a icon that stays in the notifications bar that way you don’t have to remember to open your app each time to check the timer and such… it’s helped me tremendously and helped my mom jump on the bandwagon. Goodluck!

I use Zero free version. The timer function is super useful. Turns green when you can eat.

I also like that it tracks my fasting hours by day and I can see my history in a calendar view. Nice to see those days of IF adding up!

FYI, when I first set it up, it made it seem like with the free version you could only choose 16:8 or 14:10 IF, and tried to prompt me to get the paid version for more schedules. This is misleading. You can set your own custom fasting schedule in the free version, and I do. Just pick one of those two schedules at initial setup, and then you can immediately change it to whatever custom fasting period you want.
