How do I find out the lowest calorie food that gets rid of the fatigue?

I want to do rolling x-day fasts, I am tired of the fatigue today so I want to break with just enough calories to get a quick break from the fatigue. (I do take electrolytes everyday according to the wiki, but I also do want a break from the electrolytes) I would trial and error but I don’t want to over- or under-purchase. If I under-purchase I might cave in and snack w other ppls food, so if anyone knows that’d help!

I was thinking of getting medium calorie veg like eggplants, if that’s not enough to get rid of the fatigue then maybe a fruit? or seafood because it’s no-carb? 🤷‍♀️ maybe I should get all options, frozen…

Haha! Have to agree with the buttercup comment!

Eating breaks the fast. What that means is your body metabolizes the food for energy. Eating a tiny bit is going to interfere with that. Some insulin is going to be released - which will negatively impact fat metabolism. Plus it will come with a huge urge to eat!

Guess I’d ask what’s the hurry. Just do OMAD. It’s plenty long to drive strong fat metabolism. Weight loss at the high end of what’s considered “healthy”. I lost 50 lbs in 6 months. And I enjoy it so much I’ve been doing it 3.5 more years, feeling great and maintaining my weight.
