How do I stay warm during a dry fast?

So I am at home at the moment beginning my drive fast at 11 o’clock at night and it’s quite cold outside.

Are used to water fast and it was the same way I could get freezing cold in my hands and feet are like ice cubes?

Is there a way for me to keep warm? I thought dry fasting was to make you warm not cold.

Answer

It can take a while for the heat to kick in, especially if you are lower body fat. The body has to first realize that it’s not getting water and then kick into autophagy for you to start feeling warm. In the meantime, maybe wear more layers. Even though cold climates are ideal for dry fasting, it’s not a free pass to be immune to the cold

Answer

go outside and put your bare feet into dirt or the grass and inhale the universe.

it’s funny how little people realize how the cold makes you stronger, especially if much of your body is exposed to it everyday.

if you shower in cold water everyday, you’ll rarely “feel cold” unless the temp is like below 50 or something.

out here in california, they think 70 is cold 😂😂😂 like the sun is out and everything, but people are still wearing sweaters.

people really don’t realize how powerful the sun and cold are. I really think suicides would be cut in half if people were just exposing to “extreme” temperatures everyday for even like 30 min in total.

people think the sun is the enemy these days. they’ve programmed us to think everything causes cancer. kinda insane tbh.
