How long to transition out a fast (so far 6 days) in order to attend a social meal?

So this is my first time going beyond 72 hours. Family birthday brunch and walk through a nature reserve is coming up on Wednesday. I’m planning to break the fast on Monday evening (to make it to the full 192 hours), with miso soup only - just miso paste and water. Then on Tuesday, to drink the green smoothie I’ve pre-made and frozen. I’m plant-based, so bone broth is not an option for me.

My question is, will this be enough time to be social, and dine out on solid foods on Tuesday morning? I would rather not have to rush to the toilet, or shit myself on the walk lol. The restaurant has low carb / keto friendly options, which I will absolutely stick to.

Everyone is different honestly. I did a fast for 5 days and ate tacos. I was perfectly fine. No issues. Just normal a few hours later… I just finished fasting for 72 hours(have been doing rolling fasts for the past week.. eating one meal and then immediately going into another 72) and I broke it by eating a large bowl of salmon poke and a protein bar. Defffff had some tummy issues. This is the second time I’ve done the rolling fasts that’s I’ve had issues. I feel fine now, but it took like 2 hours after eating to just run to the bathroom. I would just be prepared in case that does happen… keep in mind your stomach is smaller so you may not want to eat a lot either!
