So I’ve done 2 40hr fast this month and I felt good doing them but once I hit that 40hr mark I get mentally exhausted and want to eat. Just an FYI I’ve never fast before until this month so I’m learning a lot of stuff rn. I want to get to the 60hr mark but it’s been really hard for me and I’m wondering how I can break that barrier.
When I want to extend, I plan an activity for when I would otherwise be looking to break the fast. For instance, if I would expect to break at 3pm, well too bad, I just headed out to run errands at 2:45, won’t be home for 2 more hours.
