i dont know if i should skip a day due to muscle soreness / recovery.
im on carnivore diet btw

It’s totally fine to do even with soreness/DOMS. Since you’re eating within 24 hours of your workout, you shouldn’t have issues with getting enough protein in to repair your muscles, just make sure you’re eating plenty of protein on eating days and you’ll be fine!
