So lemon water? It’s a debatable one - some people think it’s fine because the fructose is so low, others say it revs the digestive system.
Generally fine for achieving ketosis, may impact autophagy (but who really knows!)
keep in mind that even though store bought lemon juice lists the sugar content as 0g/serving on the nutrition lable, that can mean any amount between 0 and .5g. looking at the usda nutrition database for lemon juice from concentrate, there are about 5g of sugar per 100g of lemon juice.
