What pattern do you use? For how long? Do you plan on fasting being a lifestyle? When you do eat, are there macros you focused on to be more successful?
I ask bc I heard a podcast today that was supposed to be how it’s different to fast as a woman. It wasn’t convincing. Just “your hormone cycles are different.” I already know this. But it did make me curious what works for the highly successful female faster.
I have done IF 16/8; no problems. Currently doing OMAD but only started on Monday. Truth be told, I‘m fasting to morally support a friend with cancer who fasts the whole week around her chemotherapy.
I eat the same as before, a mix of homecooked meals with occasional „junk food“. I might keep OMAD going but shift the meal towards evening times maybe, currently I have lunch. But my dad cooks really delicious food in the evenings…
