For context, I’m starting rolling 48s in April. I did a 72 hr fast 2 weeks ago, and a 24 hr fast last week. I felt great afterwards, and even better with managing to keep the weight off. I lost about 10 pounds, and I’m interested in going further. I didn’t use snakejuice at the time, and I’m trying to figure out how I want to start. I did add Himalayan salt on the 2nd of my 3 days fast and it seemed fine. I know there is a snake juice powder, and I saw something called LMNT on Amazon. I suppose my questions are how frequent do you drink snake juice on a fast, have you ever mixed your own, or used an alternative, and is it imperative for a 48 hr fast cycle?
I always drink snake juice on fasts unless I’m specifically doing a 24hr dry fast which are not so common for me.
I always mix my own too its real easy. The recipe is up on my fridge cus I somehow still forget it from time to time.
I don’t need SJ until after at least 72 hours.
I mix my own when I do and I follow the simple directions of “drink at least 2L of SJ slowly throughout the entire day”
Don’t make it complex
Stop the unnecessary eating right now.
