Hey guys, just a little bit of an inquiry about your moods before and after eating;
So I tend to fast 20-24 hours during the week and 16:8 on the weekends, and it’s almost an immediate change from my fasted mood of anxious/irritable to a very chilled out and content mood. Is anyone else noticing this? When I wasn’t fasting it was the opposite for me. (Irritable after eating)
How long have you been doing this routine for? I noticed extreme mood swings between fasting and eating when I first started my routine but I’ve been on the same schedule for a few months now and it seems to have stabilized! Do you drink coffee when fasting? I’ve noticed if I have more than half a cup of coffee while fasting I am anxious and jittery. I hope you find the answers you’re looking for!
