No water? Only Snake Juice?

I’ve been starting the Snake Diet after being called a fatty on YouTube. I’ve been watching a lot of Cole’s videos but I can’t seem to find a definite answer.

Do I ONLY drink sips of Snake Juice throughout the day?

I personally drink water too because I can’t stand that salty taste sometimes. You can drink “clear” water just make sure that you consume your daily recommended intake of electrolytes (lets Say its that snake juice recipe for 2 liters of water) throughout the whole day, not in one sitting.

Answer

Yes, if you are not eating, then its best to drink only Snake Juice because you need CONSTANT replenishment of salt and potassium. Drinking regular water will only flush out these minerals. I mean, sure you can drink an 8oz glass of cold water here and there, that won’t hurt you, but just get right back on the snake juice after that.

However, if you watch Cole’s latest videos — you CAN eat a 400 calorie fat bomb snack every day. I HIGHLY recommend this, my friend — I have done all the fasts known to man and I have failed and this is the first method of eating that is giving me real hope that I can lose 140 pounds. If you fast more than 24-36 hours at a time, know that if you fail your fast(s), you have a good chance of gaining all the weight back and MORE (as I have…)

Cole has just about come full circle to reversing his hard-line positions on extended fasting. He is basically embracing the early-days of keto — 0 carb, low calorie, low protein, high fat, high salt foods that induce satiety, provide all-day long energy, greatly make the transition to fat-burning much easier, and just make it more sustainable and less dangerous (binge-eating/rapid weight regain) long term. The Snake Diet can barely even be called the snake diet anymore. It’s not about eating a big meal and then not eating for 7 days anymore, lol.
