It might be worth looking into what “full of” means. I don’t mean to be doubting that there’s a real problem… I wouldn’t be at all surprised if there is. But I do think that sometimes these things can be at fairly low levels and not so harmful, but they get picked up and exaggerated by the people who write about it. Not always, of course, but it would be good to try to get more specificity.

Maybe have a look at the clean label project on protein. Seems like animal protein shakes are much better than plant based ones.
