Skin issues after rolling fasts?

I’ve been doing rolling 48’s and 72’s for 3 weeks now, with OMAD in between. However I’ve noticed that the skin on my back is becoming rough/pebbly feeling. Typically I’ve very smooth skin. Anyone else experience this? Any ideas on combating this issue? Concerned it’s due to lack of nutrients over an extended time, rather than a more recent change of body wash.

Thank you!

I had this, then my teeth started getting sharper and sharper. I slowly transitioned to five day fasts, and then I started growing scales. Finally, when I hit seven day fasts, I lost my limbs and became cold blooded. I should have listened when they called it the snake diet. One things for sure, it’s effective.

(Sorry couldn’t help it)

It would be worth visiting your PCP or a dermatologist if you have the access, just to check it out.

To troubleshoot the issue it would be be worth going back on a balanced OMAD diet for a week or two to see if the situation improves. I wouldn’t continue multi-day fasting with such vigor until you’ve confirmed it’s not causing the issue.

ps great job keepin it up for 3 weeks
