In my personal experience, you should enjoy what you want to enjoy being vegan. However, in these “meat”-products there is usually a lot of salt so be sure to check that (and check per amount of grams, it sometimes is confusingly put in numbers on the backside of the package). I usually eat one or two vegan meat replacements a week, like the Vivera salmon or the Garden Gourmet schnitzel. It’s all about portion control in the end.
