I hope its okay to post this here. What do you think of the nutritional value of thiss? In my personal experience, you should enjoy what you want to enjoy being vegan. However, in these “meat”-products there is usually a lot of salt so be sure to check that (and check per amount of grams, it sometimes is confusingly put in numbers on the backside of the package). I usually eat one or two vegan meat replacements a week, like the Vivera salmon or the Garden Gourmet schnitzel. It’s all about portion control in the end.
