Eat more. As much as you can. But mostly healthy foods. Vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, fish, fruits, beans, eggs, nuts, milk, cheese, greek yogurt. etc. Skip the dairy if lactose intolerant obviously. When it comes to vegetables go all out, eat as much as you can.

Eat 2000+ calories a day for sure. Sleep 8+ hours a day for sure. Idk about melatonin but if you exercise hard enough you should be able to sleep.

Do some pull-ups, pushups, squats and run or jump rope 3x a week. Walk a lot.

Also I’m not a scientist but if none of this helps with your height it will definitely make you healthier.

There is a hormone treatment that can be very helpful in height growth. Now, I’m no expert on it nor I know much about it and it’s side effects. But I do know a person that went through such treatment and it really worked. Do some research and talk to doctors if you are really interested.
