I usually do rolling 48 hour fasts so I am really scared tomorrow I wont make it and break at 48. I need motivation and advice.

I was feeling the same way today. I’m doing a 4 day, and yesterday I was thinking ‘I could break it and do a 3 day’. The. Today I was thinking ‘I can break it and do 2 2 days’. Tomorrow I’ll probably be telling myself ‘3 days is plenty’.
Looking at the Life app and seeing my progress helps though!
