My goal was 7 days. But I haven’t done a 7 day fast in a long time. Like 2 years. I usually do OMAD no problem. Which I only did 3 days prior so probably not the best prep. I just feel terrible. My hands are shaky and I feel like I’m starting to feel really achy and a little nauseous. Even though I’m following the electrolytes from the sidebar. So what would be the best thing to break with? (Probably TMI: I also had some diarrhea yesterday too)
Not recommended but I broke my last 96 hour fast with ribs and beer battered fries. That was my daughter’s craving as my appetite is blunted right after a fast, but I would lie if I say I didn’t enjoy it.
You need to figure out what your stomach can and cannot take. some people have to take it very slowly while others can do ribs.
